Get Sweet
Last updated: 11 September 2026
This policy explains how Get Sweet (getsweet.co.uk) uses cookies and similar technology. It sits alongside our privacy policy. It is written for UK PECR and UK GDPR as we understand them. It is not legal advice.
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We also use similar tools such as pixels and local storage. Some are essential. Others help us understand the site or remember choices. You can refuse non-essential cookies.
While the coming-soon page is up, we only use cookies (or similar) that are strictly necessary to run the website — for example keeping the page secure and remembering a basic session. We do not set Google Analytics or Stripe cookies on that holding page.
When the shop launches we will use the cookies below. If we add a cookie banner, analytics cookies will wait for your yes, except where the law treats them as strictly necessary.
These keep the site working. We do not need extra consent for them. You can block them in your browser, but the shop may break.
We plan to use Google Analytics to see how people use Get Sweet — traffic sources, popular pages, and whether checkout completes. Google is an independent company and may process data in the United States.
Typical cookies, set only if you agree:
IP addresses can be reduced in GA4; Google still receives device and usage data. Read Google’s policy at policies.google.com/privacy and cookie note at policies.google.com/technologies/cookies.
Signing up with your email does not itself set a marketing cookie. If we later add ads or retargeting cookies, we will name them here and ask before setting them.
Do Not Track signals are not consistently honoured across the web; we will follow the consent choice you make on our site.
